Health Educator, Teen Pregnancy and Prevention

Contractual position

The person in this role should have basic knowledge of teen pregnancy prevention and HIV/AIDS knowledge. The Health Educator will provide teen pregnancy and STI prevention education to 7-12 graders in Hanover Park and surrounding areas.



  • Ability to work effectively and appropriately with youth

  • Participation in IDHS/Community/school meetings as assigned

  • Ability to travel within the designated service area

  • Weekday and daytime availability
